In the wake of “Walk This Way,” Top 40 radio realized that its listeners would accept the Fresh Prince’s tales of teen mock-woe, Tone Loc’s Coasters-derived rockers, and Young MC’s, er, tales of teen mock-woe. Up to and including Snoop’s “What’s My Name?” (the CD’s newest cut, from ’93), this excellent PG-rated set makes nearly flawless choices. What are new hip hop songs I can play at a party?

I’m having a party and a little disco and I need more songs to dance to. I have some songs like “Disturbia” by Rihanna and “In the Ayer” by Flo Rida. But I need newer or older songs that are danceable. I have songs like “Whine Up” by Kat Deluna and “Calabria 2007″ by Enur. Those are good too. I’m into hip hop and Reggae if that helps.
